Acceptable Use Policy

Customers and users must not use SolaroCall to:

• violate applicable law/regulation or another person’s rights;
• commit, facilitate or conceal fraud;
• impersonate a person/business without authorization;
• harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate;
• generate unlawful spam or telemarketing activity;
• record, intercept, monitor or process communications unlawfully;
• collect personal/sensitive information without required authority/consent;
• provide or automate prohibited professional/medical/legal judgments;
• misuse emergency services or present SolaroCall as an emergency-service replacement;
• distribute malware, attack systems, probe/abuse credentials, or bypass security;
• bypass subscription, quota, cost, country, KYC or entitlement controls;
• manipulate caller identity or communications unlawfully;
• upload/supply content the customer has no right to use;
• violate applicable carrier/provider rules in a manner that creates legal/security risk;
• reverse engineer or extract proprietary SolaroCall technology contrary to applicable law;
• use automated means to overload/degrade the platform or another tenant.
