AI, Voice & Call Processing Notice

SolaroCall provides configurable AI Phone Agents for businesses. When you call a business using SolaroCall, you may interact with an AI Phone Agent selected and configured by that business.

The AI Phone Agent answers in the name of the business, for example: “Hello, [Business], how can I help you?” When it confirms a booking or an order, it introduces itself by name as the virtual assistant of the business, for example: “I’m Luna, the virtual assistant of [Business].” If you ask whether you are speaking with an AI, it always answers honestly. Wording and language may vary by business and jurisdiction, but customization must preserve these transparency and business-identity requirements; where the law of a market requires the AI to be disclosed at the start of the call, that market’s rule applies.

AI and speech systems can misunderstand speech, context or intent and can generate errors. SolaroCall uses structured business rules and authoritative backend/integration state for supported actions, but no AI system is guaranteed to be error-free.

SolaroCall processes live call audio as needed to operate the AI Phone Agent. Live audio processing is distinct from persistent recording.

Depending on the business configuration and applicable rules, SolaroCall may also create a transcript or structured summary or, where specifically enabled and legally permitted, persist an audio recording. Persistent audio recording is not enabled merely because a call is handled by an AI Phone Agent and is off by default unless the applicable verified policy and activation conditions are met.

Where recording/transcription disclosure or consent is required, SolaroCall and/or the business apply the configured disclosure/consent workflow before that processing begins.

SolaroCall AI Phone Agents are not doctors, lawyers, public-safety emergency dispatchers or other licensed professionals. They do not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional judgment. SolaroCall is not a 911/112/equivalent emergency-calling service. Sensitive or exceptional matters may be routed only through the business’s approved human/callback or safety workflow; the AI does not claim a public-emergency capability.

A human handoff may be available only when enabled and authorized by the business. During a handoff attempt the AI may state that it is trying to connect the caller; it does not say the caller is connected until the human bridge is actually verified.
