Subprocessors
The public Subprocessor List includes only providers that: 1. are actually active in Production; 2. actually receive/process customer/caller personal data for SolaroCall; 3. are verified as acting in the applicable processor/subprocessor role; 4. are approved for that production environment; and 5. have the required contractual/data-processing mechanism where applicable.
Before sending data to any provider, SolaroCall’s rule is to:
- send only data necessary for the authorized purpose;
- avoid secrets and unrelated tenant data;
- avoid unnecessary PHI/sensitive data;
- avoid full transcripts where a structured/minimized payload is sufficient;
- avoid personal data in translation/media/analytics calls when generic or anonymized data is sufficient;
- preserve tenant isolation;
- log provider/data-flow status without unnecessarily logging sensitive payloads.
Dev/Staging provider use does not create a public production-subprocessor entry by itself. Testing uses synthetic/non-production data where practical, keeps environment-separated credentials and avoids real caller/customer personal data unless explicitly authorized/protected.
Prior public-list versions and effective dates are kept where needed for audit and customer notice history. Material additions/changes follow applicable contractual/legal notice or objection rights.
